How to configure script

1. Configure groups that can access to /communityserver command

1. Change command if you want

1. Configure jobs that can access to community service menu

   
2. Configure start and end location for community service

1. Configure distance in what player can move without getting brought back by script while on community service

1. Configure max distance that player can send other players to community service via job access

1. Configure how many props will there always be (lower = lower resmon)

1. Configure props that will spawn for cleaning

1. Configure itnerval that players will be healed while on community service
